The things people usually ask before ordering

Do you ship outside the UK?: No — Look At This Mug currently ships within the UK only.
Do you offer bulk or corporate orders?: Yes — get in touch using the form above and we'll sort pricing and timing directly.
Do I need to create an account to order?: No — every order goes through as a guest, no account needed.
What happens if something's wrong with my order?: If there's a genuine fault, we'll replace it. Otherwise, you'll get a refund and keep the mug.
What products do you sell?: Custom-printed mugs at launch, with more custom-printed products planned to follow.
What file types can I upload for my design?: Standard Pdf or j.peg files work perfectly. The clearer the better! We will let you know if the quality is not clear prior to printing.
How long will my order take to arrive?: We use the guideline of around a week - Door to door. Please factor in that everything is completed by hand and standard courier delivery timescales.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?: You have 24 hours. Mugs get approved and printed quite quickly so please let us know as soon as you decide to cancel. We can amend the design if your not happy with it or simply cancel the order. As the gifts are personalised, once it is already printed, the product can not got to anyone else.
